eFinesstriŽ replaces CSI's Spectrum Software at the JCC of Greater Washington
The Jewish Community Center of Greater Washington decided it was time for a change. It took an extraordinary number of hours in the legacy system for Staff to decipher charges and the application of payments on their Members' records.
The JCC's upgrade to eFinesstriŽ will allow them to easily apply payments to a specific charge of their choice and quickly print a report for Members explaining their balances. ARC is pleased to have one of the largest Metropolitan JCCs on the East Coast on board.
