Announcing eFinnestri ---0ur latest web-based application that will give your staff access to data and capabilities that could only have been dreamed about before. Using existing PCs in your main office, your front desk, in staff offices and at satellite locations, eFinnestri is the computer solution that only an organization with ARC's experience in the YMCA and JCC fields can bring you.
With eFinesstri you will no longer need branch servers. Every PC in your organization can have access to the full range of eFinesstri capabilities and to all of your membership, financial, program and scheduling data. Elegant design reduces the requirements for connectivity bandwidth at all of your facilities, and minimum PC requirements are no longer an issue.
Web-based eFinesstri offers capabilities unmatched in the field. Building on the acknowledged superiority of ARC's predecessor applications, it adds new features based on suggestions by legions of users and on ARC's long experience. Here are just a few . . .
- You can now record attendance, and mark that a participant has successfully completed a class. The data will be saved in your program records as well as on the personal record of the member.
- Many of your classes have prerequisites. You can set these up in the class record so it will flag and prevent a member from signing up for a class for which he or she has not completed the prerequisite.
- If a member attempts to sign up for a class which conflicts with another class for which he or she is already registered.
- View a "Family Schedule" showing times of program involvement for all the members of a family.
- "Hot Keys" bring transactions to the screen at the touch of a key.
- You can customize your eFinesstri Main Menu. You can add or remove forms and reports to simplify your screen add increase productivity.
- eFinnestri's scheduling capabilities are extensive and flexible.
