Wausau YMCA loves eFinesstri

No, you're not seeing double. The Woodson YMCA of Wausau, Wisconsin loved eFinesstri so much, that they also installed it in their new Aspirus branch, which opened only a few weeks ago. Sue Crone, the Y's Business Supervisor at its main desk, simply glows when she reports how eFinesstri has simplified their staff's life and improved services to their members.

The Wausau Y has 9,000 members. Like most Ys, certain peak periods created heavy stress on both their staff and their management systems. Camp registration, for example. The steps needed to register a family of siblings were many --- different weeks, different programs, different discounts --- and delays did nothing to improve the disposition of young parents with kids in tow. With eFinesstri, says Crone, it's "click-click-click" to register a whole family for multiple sessions.

Crone, a delightfully enthusiastic person, says she is still learning about eFinesstri's capabilities. All Y staff now use the program, and she praises ARC's staff for their help in getting everyone trained. It helps, says Crone, that eFinesstri is so easy to understand and so "friendly". In addition to front desk staff, eFinesstri is now in use by the Ys business staff and by all the program Directors.

Entering data, says Crone, is very easy. She heaps kudos on the "well thought-through" screen designs that lead her staff through data entry. "Hot Buttons", too, play a big role in helping Y staff serve members quickly and effectively.

The Ys new Aspirus branch opened at the end of February. As in the main branch, eFinesstri will bear the burden of connecting staff and members. Tom Jackson, Executive Director of the Y, says that the response by staff and members to the eFinesstri system has been very positive, and he is confident that the Y's new suburban members will reap the benefits.

Jackson too had special praise for ARC's support and training staff. He described them as "top-notch", and the conversion from their older system as "painless."
